We will send your preschoolers on a scientific adventure they’ll never forget...

Science Made Fun of British Columbia encourages your preschoolers to expand their thinking and problem-solving skills by encouraging their participation in developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and experiments, supervised by professional educators who are wildly fun.

Our Scientists:

are trained to actively listen to your preschoolers.
provide a wide array of activity lengths and intensities ensuring our programs hold your students' attentions.
guide your preschoolers in completely safe experiments which are both individually and collaboratively hands-on.

Our programs engage 4-5 year olds in non-stop, innovative fun by

bringing all of the hands-on science equipment to you,
including take-home experiments for each child,
and providing a science certificate to celebrate each child's participation.

Each 45 minute program is $230 + GST. Maximum 25 participants per workshop. All you have to do is pick the program that will inspire your children! Together, let's inspire some imaginations today!

If you are only booking a single class we appreciate your flexibility in working with us on a date and time when we are already in your area.

We want to ensure we have a scientist with Early Childhood Education qualifications available so flexibility in scheduling is very appreciated.

Learn about bacteria and viruses. Find out how they can make us sick. Discover how easily germs can be passed around and how you can keep them off of you!

Preschool Paleontologists ©

Become a paleontologist as we explore different types of dinosaurs though our dinosaur skulls, teeth and more. Experiment with edible amber and go on an excavation!

Me and My Magnet ©

Make magnets float, move cars, and much more. Discover all the cool properties of magnetism. Learn all the "attractive" facts!

Discover how cool plants are. Build your own greenhouse to keep. Make chlorophyll separate and more!

Rock n Roll ©

Learn about the Earth's layers. Discover what makes a volcano erupt. Pan for real gems like the old prospectors did, and keep what you find.

Kids will "ooh" and "ahh" as they learn about hissing cockroaches, explore the world of spiders and make Frankenstein's favourite treat to eat.

It's time to cool things down as we explore below freezing temperatures. Explore the properties of ice and snow as you get to make and take some snow home!

Help Santa's elf make some toys and treats in the workshop. Keep everything you make!
